A key part of our customer service package is the availability of your own Local Account Manager to look after you for as long as you choose to use us as your website service providers.

Since our first website, we have developed an exceptional customer service offer built around the availability of a local point of contact who can deal with you face to face, and who is there whenever you need to make a change to your site. We know that your website will need to change over time to reflect changes in your business, so we have built our business model around making that process as Easy as possible.

We have assembled a team of people that will draw on their extensive experience of sales, marketing, commercial and project management functions (as well as hospitality, telesales, engineering and coaching!) to bring you a fully rounded support team. Wherever possible, we will visit you initially to discuss your needs and to agree the website package that suits you best. Once your site is up and running, we offer technical support on the telephone, as well as direct point of contact to your Area Manager so that you can get in touch by phone, text or e-mail quickly and simply.

We know that a simple process to make changes is important, so we have a simple process for making them! As a customer of ours, as long as you are up-to-date with your monthly support fee, all you need to do is e-mail change@easy-web-sites.co.uk with your change request, and we will endeavour to progress it for you within 72 working hours. If the changes are substantial, please note that we reserve the right to call you to discuss these further, and if necessary to quote you for the work if it is more than just updates within the current design.
